Friday 5.10.13


A. OHS, build to a 3RM
150. I was standing up 155 for the 3rd rep when my elbow hyper-extended. ick. 
B. DL, 1 powerful rep @ 185lb per min for 10 mins - focus on speed off the floor
Complete
C. DL, 5 touch n go @ 185lb per min for 10 mins
Complete, these were tough, but manageable
D. AMRAP Burpee Ring MU's in 3 minutes
13. (I thought 14, but Arjuna said I didn't lock out a rep). These are annoying and my muscle ups felt week. I've gotta work on keeping the rings from swinging so much since I have to jump to them each time.
