Tuesday 5.7.13


A. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 @ 120lbs x 6 sets, 2 min
Complete. Still felt some of the same issues from Friday. Started to think about keeping the bar tight with my lats, but then wasn't getting my hips moving and would jump forward a little. No misses, but just didn't feel like I was moving as efficient as usual. 
B. High Hang Power Clean. High Hang Squat Clean, 1.1 @ 135lb x 6 sets, 2 min - full pause in position, no blocks
Complete
C. Split Jerk. BTN Split Jerk off blocks, 1.1 @ 155lb x 6 sets, 2 min
Complete, felt easy
D. Front Squat @ 20X1, 5 reps @ 70% RM x 5 sets, 2 min
Complete with 130, felt good
