Wednesday 5.15.13


OHS Event practice - start @ 95lbs, add 5lbs per min for 7 minutes
Complete (95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125). This was pretty tough. Elbow stability is not so great and I was getting pretty wobbly. Elbow is not bad, but not back to normal. Still have to be super careful not to let it bend too far back.

Row paces/500m: 1:53, 1:52.5, 1:53.2, 1:52. 
Thrusters felt pretty good actually. Except they kinda agitated my elbow a little. 
Rest 5 x work time
