Event practice - start @ 95lbs, add 5lbs per min for 7 minutes
Complete (95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125). This was pretty tough.
Elbow stability is not so great and I was getting pretty wobbly. Elbow is not
bad, but not back to normal. Still have to be super careful not to let it bend
too far back.

Thrusters felt pretty good actually. Except they kinda agitated my
