Tuesday 5.14.13


A. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1.1 @ 115lb x 4 sets, 3 min
Complete. Elbow still feels weird/tender. It does not cause severe pain, but I have to be really careful not to let the barbell roll back and hyperextend it again. 
B. Squat Clean @ 155lbs, AMRAP in 1 min x 3 sets, 1 min rest
4reps (1min ended when I was standing up the 5th), 4reps, 2reps (failed on the 3rd)
C1. DL, 1 rep @ 205lbs x 12 sets, 30 sec
Complete. These felt a little stronger than previously, but still a bit slow. 
C2. 2-3 depth strict hspu's x 12 sets, 30 sec
45# + 10# plates with abmat (probably about 3-4" depth). Reps went 3, 2, 3, 2, 3, 2, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
D. 5 unbroken C2B x 12 sets for time
2:42. Hands felt peely and this was tiring.
