Sunday 5.12.13


AM - Squat/Quad based stamina based tester
For time:
50 Wall Balls - 14# to 10 ft
100 DU's
50 Pistols 
100 cals AD
50 Air Squats
100 DU's
50 Jumping Switch Lunges - hands on back of head
17:52. Wall balls took a little over 2:30, finished pistols around 6:30-6:50, then took 6:48 for the AD cals. The jumping lunges burned at the end!
