Friday 5.17.13


A. OHS, build to a moderately tough single  - nothing too challenging on the elbow
155. Elbow felt weird so I stopped here. 
B. 21,15,9 for time:
DL @ 205lb
Box Jumps - 24"
9:02. Had 7/9 DL's at the 8min cap. This is going to be a very bad workout for me :(
(Rest 15 min after this part)
C. 20 Burpee Ring Muscle-ups for time
4:43. These get really hard! No fails though.
