Friday 4.26.13


AM - Snatch intense + Clean intense + Front Squat with Chains (mod)
A. Power Snatch, build to a tough n go 3 RM
125. Shoulder was getting really tight so I didn't push this too hard. 

B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 - build to a tough set
155. Tried 160 but missed it on the 2nd one. This did not feel so awesome, kept landing forward. 

C. Front Squat @ 20X1, 1 rep @ 65% RM + Chains x 8 sets, 1:15 min - SPEED
Complete with 80# chains and 120# barbell

PM - Upper CP Battery 
Press Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min - start @ 80lbs
80, 85, 90-last set was tough

AMRAP Ring Muscle-ups x 1 set to failure
6 muscle ups
+
For time:
Kipping HSPU to 8" Depth - 10,8,6,4,2
Bar Muscle-ups - 4,4,4,4,4
6:15. Missed 2 HSPUs.
