- Snatch intense + Clean and Jerk intense + Front Squat/MU's + short C2B tester

175. Soooo my max is higher than I thought...
B.
Power Clean. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 1.1.1 x 5 sets, 2 min - all sets @ 155lbs
Complete. Felt pretty good. A few jerks were a bit wobbly and a few
squat cleans felt like I caught a bit forward but not bad at all
C1.
Back Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 50% RM + Chains x 5 sets, 10 sec
Complete with 80# of chains total and then 105# barbell
C2.
AMRAP Ring Muscle-ups x 5 sets, 3 min - no false grip
5, 4, 4, 3, 4. I think like false grip better, but it is nice
knowing I can do these in case I lose my false grip.
