Tuesday 4.23.13


A1. DL, 1 tough reps x 8 sets, 1 min
215, 215, 220, 225, 225, 225, 230, 230
A2. CGBP @ 20X1, 1 tough reps x 8 sets, 1 min
First set at 135, the rest at 140. Didn't push these too much because my shoulder felt a little bit weird. 

B. KB Front Squats @ 16kg/arm, 10 per min for 10 minutes (stop if you fail)
Complete! These felt better than last week, maybe because I didn't push as hard on CGBP
C. For time:
DU's - 150,100,50
Burpees - 35,25,15
Chin-ups - 20,15,10
