Monday 4.22.13


AM - Jerk intense + Snatch moderate + Back Squat with Chains (mod)
A. Split Jerk off blocks, build to a 1RM
205 (10# PR).

B. Split Jerk off blocks, 1 rep @ 155lb per min for 5 mins
Complete. 
C. Snatch Pull. Power Snatch. Squat Snatch, 1.1.1 @ 120lb x 5 sets, 2 min - wear straps
Complete, kinda hard. 
D. Back Squat @ 20X1, 1 rep @ 60% RM + Chains x 10 sets, 1 min - SPEED
Complete with 80# chains and 125# barbell. 

PM - LP1 single 
10 x 25 sec Airdyne @ near ALL OUT effort, 3:30 min rest (stretching ankles b/t sets)
Cals: 16, 15, 16, 14, 14, 13, 13, 17, 16, 15. Quads started knotting up about halfway through these. Started to sit up higher on the seat to use more hamstrings on the 8th set.
