Complete with 80# chains and 125# barbell.

sec Airdyne @ near ALL OUT effort, 3:30 min rest (stretching ankles b/t sets)
Cals: 16, 15, 16, 14, 14, 13, 13, 17, 16, 15. Quads started knotting
up about halfway through these. Started to sit up higher on the seat to use
more hamstrings on the 8th set.
