30 sec Power Clean and Push press @ 65lbs
9, 10, 9 reps
30 sec Hand Release Burpees to 6" OH
9, 8, 9 reps
30 sec Box jumps - 20" - jump down, but no rebounding, short pause on floor
10, 11, 11
90 sec rest
