Aimed for sub 2:05/500m. First 10-20secs were a little slower and last 10 secs a little faster than that. About 213-215m per set.

60 sec Power Clean @ 65lbs
25, 26, 25. Wow, forearms got lit up. 
60 sec Airdyne
65-70rpm, 68sih rpm, 63-68rpm. Was shooting for 70rpm, started off kinda slow but then pushed towards 70rpm throughout the 1min.
