Tuesday 3.26.13


A1. Snatch Pull, 1 @ 165lbs x 3 sets, 10 sec - use straps
Complete. 2nd set didn't get so high. 
A2. Power Snatch, 1 rep x 3 sets, 5 min - start @ 125lbs
125, 130, 135-feet were really wide on this 3rd set. 
B. Power Clean. Split Jerk, 2.1 x 3 sets, 4 min - drop first power clean, 10 sec rest, go again - start @ 155lb
155(felt super easy), 165, 170

D1. Front Squat @ 20X1, 2 reps @ 87.5% RM x 3 sets, 2 min
Complete @ 160, 165, 165. Sets at 165 were quite hard. 

D2. 10 bar muscle-ups x 3 sets, 2 min
Complete. 

E. 21,15,9 for time:
Kipping HSPU
C2B Chin-ups
3:05. Unbroken. I wanted to do this unbroken. Not sure if it was fastest with this plan, but it's what I did.
