A1. Snatch Pull Cluster, 1.1 @ 160lbs x 3 sets, 10 sec - use straps, set-up 2 bars

A2. Power Snatch Cluster, 1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min - start @ 120lbs
120 (ugly), 120 (a little better), 125 (not too bad)
B. Split Jerk, build to a tough single
195. This is a 5# pr! 185 felt solid so I just jumped up to 195 and got it. 
C. Split Jerk, 1 rep @ 90% from B x 3 sets, 3 min - blocks
Complete at 175
D1. Front Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 80% RM x 4 sets, 2 min
Complete at 150-last set was hard
D2. 7 bar muscle-ups x 4 sets, 2 min
