Saturday 3.9.13


Saturday - Open 2013
186 reps. I was happy with this. Paced the sets of 40 and 30 burpees very slow, about 4secs/burpee. Did snatches in 10's at 45#, 5's at 75#, then at 100# I started with 3, then did a few sets of 2, then singles became hard. I had 4-5min when I got to the 100# bar, and took nearly all of this to get the snatches. What went was my power in pulling off the ground. My legs and hips felt very fatigued and was limited by this, not my breathing.
