6 sets @ 90%:
30 sec Thruster @ 45lbs
15 reps every set
30 sec rest
30 sec Russian KBS - 24kg
18, 17, 18, 17, 18, 18 reps
30 sec rest
30 sec Hand Release Burpees to 6" OH
10 reps every set
30 sec rest
30 sec Box Jump Overs - 20"
13, 14, 14, 13, 14, 14. I did these jumping on top of the box and down on other side. Arjuna mentioned that on the online coach's course, you have to clear the box without touching. That won't be an issue, but I wasn't sure if I should practice them since I'm doing HR burpees too? Also, I did some where I rebound right back onto the box. I know people say this is dangerous for achilles. Maybe I won't do that.
