13, 14, 14, 13, 14, 14. I did these jumping on top of the box and
down on other side. Arjuna mentioned that on the online coach's course, you
have to clear the box without touching. That won't be an issue, but I wasn't
sure if I should practice them since I'm doing HR burpees too? Also, I did some
where I rebound right back onto the box. I know people say this is dangerous for
achilles. Maybe I won't do that.
