Tuesday 2.12.13


A. Clean Pull Cluster, 1.1.1 @ 185lbs x 4 sets, 4 min
complete. I did not think I had to do nipple height for these and couldn't anyways??

B. Power Clean, build to a touch n go 2RM
165. Feet started getting wide and catching on toes and Arjuna was yelling at me to fix it. I tried 170 and my feet were even wider and worse on the first rep so I just stopped. 
C1. Split Jerk Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 x 4 sets, 3 min
155, 160, 160, 165-slight press out on this last set
C2. Bar Muscle-ups, 8-10 reps x 4 sets, 3 min
10 each time.
