Sunday 2.10.13


AMRAP in 15 minutes:
50 OHS @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Front Squats @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Back Squats @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
199 reps (finished 49 burpees after the FSQs). Front rack position in FSQ was hard because of forearm/shoulder fatigue.
