A. Clean
Pull, 1 rep @ 200lbs x 6 sets, 1:30 min
Complete, pulls got to just a pinch above my hips.
B. Squat
Clean. Front Squat, 1.1 x 4 sets, 4 min - only last set max
140, 150, 160, 170. This is a 5# PR on my squat clean. The front
squat after was very ugly and started to collapse forward, but I got it. The
squat clean felt so beautiful though! I made sure I took my time (after
thinking about snatches on Friday) and technique felt so great.
C. Push
Press, 1 RM
150. Missed this on the first 2 attempts due to technique (loose
back or hands were too wide) and then got it on the 3rd attempt.
D. AMRAP L
Pull-ups in 5 minutes\
39. Started with a few sets of 3, then a few sets of 2, then singles
for a lot. Started to come really close to failing by the end.
