Sunday 2.24.13

6:55. I really meant to video this! I realized halfway through that I had forgotten. Anyways, this is a 10minute PR from about 1 yr and 2 months ago. First time that I've strung reps together on this workout. Muscle ups were 4/3/2, 2/1/2/1/1, 1/2/1/1 and snatches were 3/3/3, 4/3, then last 5 unbroken. Snatches felt awesome.

4:31. Shoulders/arms felt fatigued from Amanda.
