135. Good but felt a little weak in the squat.
B. Squat
Clean and Split Jerk, build to 90% RM for a single - nothing more
150. I know I'm not supposed to fail on reps like this, but I failed
on 150 the first time because my brain must've just wondered somewhere and I
caught the bar way way far in front of me. 145 felt really good and then 150 on
the 2nd time was fine.

Ring Muscle-ups for time (last time?)
5:37. First time deviating from the fast singles. I think the more I
can string together the better, even though they start to feel harder than
singles. And I have to keep making sure my feet don't get too high. But I think they were all good this time.
