4 sets @ 97%:
30 sec Power Clean @ 95lbs
15 reps on all sets, 16 on last set
30 sec Burpees to 6" OH
10 burpees each set
30 sec Shuttle Sprints (50ft turn around - move your ass)
Just about 3 and a half times down and back each set
6 min b/t set
+
20 minute Row @ 50% - damper 3
2:24.1/500 avg, 4161m. Back got tight on this.
