Wednesday 1.9.13


3 sets @ 97%:
15 Front Squat @ 95lbs as fast as possible
16-20 C2B Chin-ups
15 cals AD
1:45, 2:07, 2:06. On the first set, the AD I picked registered cals way way too fast, so I felt like I was cheating and switched bikes for sets 2 and 3. Stuck with 20 C2B for all sets, did them unbroken, lost butterfly on rep 18 of second set and switched to regular kipping. Front squats felt good, only a slight pause on rep 12ish, but fast other than that!
