Friday 1.11.13


A. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, build to a 2RM - no droppin bar b/t reps
130. No misses up to 125, then went thru 2 misses at 130 and then got it. 


B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean. Split Jerk. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 1.1.1.1 x 4 sets, 4-5 min - start @ 145lb
145, 150, 155, 160. Hang squat cleans felt really good, but then from the ground felt slow and awful. Last squat clean at 160 was really really ugly. Caught it way too deep in the hole and leaning forward and really struggled to stand it up. 
C1. Romanian DL with Straps @ 30X0, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 2 min - bar taken out of rack
175 x 3, 185 x 3, 195 x 3, 205 x 2, 205 x 1. 
C2. Low Incline CGBP @ 22X1, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 2 min - full pause on chest
95 x 5, 100 x 5, 105 x 4, 105 x 3, 105 x 4. These made my shoulders very sore, but I like them.
