Tuesday 1.8.13


A. touch n go Squat Snatch, 3 per min for 10 minutes
95 x 2 sets, 100 x 2 sets, 105 x 2 sets, 110 x 3 sets, 115 x 1 set. These felt pretty good, a few sets at 110 were wobbly, but no misses. Low back was tight. 
B. Power Clean and Jerk @ 115lb, AMRAP in 1 minute x 5 sets, 1 min rest 
10, 9, 10, 8, 9. 
C. For time:
20 Strict HSPU
15 Ring Muscle-ups
20 Strict HSPU
8:35. First 20 hspu took 1:37 (sets of 5), then 15 sec transition and MU took until 5:30 (doubles and then singles), then the last 20 hspu took longer (sets of 2 and then singles.
