1:53.1, 1:53.0, 1:52.8. Played around with 3 different strategies on
these. First set, I was at 1:49-1:50 pace for the first 300m and then ran out
of gas and struggled to keep 1:56. Second set, I used the setting where it
shows your projected finish, and got my average to 1:53 as soon as I could and
just tried to hold it there- I was able to hold on to that pace by the end.
Third set, I very gradually increased my average to the 1:53, not hitting it
until the last 180m or so, and then just pushed hard for the rest. This final
set may have been closer to 100%, but I'm happy with my performance and having
that little extra at the end.
