Friday 1.25.13


A. Power Snatch, build to 95% RM for a single - nothing more
125. 

I definitely straighten my knees way too soon. I know I do it, but I feel like I am going to miss the rep if I don't...
B. Split Jerk, build to a 1RM
185. Missed 190 three times, was pretty close but didn't get it. 
C1. Deadlift Cluster, 1.1.1 x 3 sets, 3 min - all tough sets
210, 215, 215. Back was a little curvy on set 2 but got a bit better on last set. 
C2. Medium Grip Bench Press @ 20X1, 1-1-1, 3 min
140, 150 (butt came off bench), 155 fail. These felt hard. I feel like I am stronger with CGBP, which isn't normally the case.
