- Snatch battery + Clean and Jerk battery + MU tester

unbroken Squat Snatch @ 95lbs x 10 sets for time
4:30. Low back turned into one big tight cramp at around the 6th
set. But this is still a pr (4:57 last time I did squat snatch Isabel)
B.
Power Clean and Jerk, 1 rep every 20 sec for 10 minutes - start @ 135lb
135x9, 140x9, 145x6, 150x3, 155x2, 160x1 rep. Started off a little
conservative because I didn't know how my back was going to hold up, but it
actually felt fine. Not sure if I should've gone up in weight sooner/more?
Cleans all were good form, except the rep at 160 my feet got a little
wide.

Sit-ups
10:59. This workout would make great astronaut training. But it was
fun. Did everything unbroken, except failed 3rd rep of Bar MU in 9th round -
but then got back up and kept going.
