30 Thrusters @ 45lbs
30 Box Jump Overs - 20" - land on top every rep
3 rounds + 10 thrusters. Low back really tightened up after 2nd set of thrusters. First set of thrusters unbroken, then 18/12, 15/8/7, 10

20 Power Clean @ 65lbs
20 Lateral Barbell Burpees
3 rounds + 10 burpees. Power cleans were 12/8 for first 3rounds, then 5/5/5/5 (cycled faster, kept resting too long between 12/8)

10 Chin-ups
10 cals AD
7 rounds + 7 cals. Pull ups unbroken
