Tuesday 1.15.13


Tuesday - Snatch battery + Clean and Jerk battery + MU tester
A. Power Snatch @ 105lb, AMRAP in 1 min x 5 sets, 1 min rest - goal is 40+
9, 9, 10, 9, 10

B. Squat Clean Thruster Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 4-5 min - start @ 115lb
115, 120, 125. Pressing out the thruster was the hardest part of this, but then I started to really focus on being aggressive on standing up out of the squat clean and trying to accelerate on the way up and it got better. 
C. 5 rounds of "Nate" for time:
2 MU's
4 HSPU
8 KBS - 24kg
4:36. Transition from KBS to MU slowed me down.
