Squat Clean Thruster Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 4-5 min - start @ 115lb
115, 120, 125. Pressing out the thruster was the hardest part of
this, but then I started to really focus on being aggressive on standing up out
of the squat clean and trying to accelerate on the way up and it got
better.
