so great, my legs used to fatigue really fast on wall balls, but not now!!

4 rounds + 8 KBS. Broke KBS into 8/12 and my low back started to get
pretty tight about after 2nd round.

AD
3 rounds + 12 HPC+Jerk. Did all the HPC/Jerks unbroken and then had
to sub Rower cals for AD (we forgot the AD at home). Traps and grip were quite
fried after this.
