Sunday 1.13.13


10 min @ 90%:
20 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
100 Double Unders
4 round + 40 DU. I did all 5 sets of wall balls unbroken! This was so great, my legs used to fatigue really fast on wall balls, but not now!!

10 min @ 90%:
20 KBS - 24kg
20 Box Jump Overs - 20" - land on top of box 
4 rounds + 8 KBS. Broke KBS into 8/12 and my low back started to get pretty tight about after 2nd round.

1 min @ 90%:
20 Hang Power Clean and Overhead @ 55lb
20 cals AD
3 rounds + 12 HPC+Jerk. Did all the HPC/Jerks unbroken and then had to sub Rower cals for AD (we forgot the AD at home). Traps and grip were quite fried after this.
