145. This is 5# PR on push press. Tried for 150 twice but missed the
push press both times.
B. OHS,
build to a 1RM
150. REally wobbly. Is this bad that my OHS is nearly the same as my
snatch balance and only 10# more than my snatch?
C1.
Deadlift Cluster, 1.1.1 x 5 sets, 2 min - drop each rep
195, 205, 215, 215, 215. Kept the weight so that I could keep a
solid back, 3rd reps at 215 started to feel like they were breaking down a
little though.
C2.
Strict HSPU to Extra Depth @ 20X0, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 2 min
2.5" x 5, 4" x 3, 4" x 3, 4" x 3, 4" x 2
