A. Clean and Jerk, 1 RM
180 clean and jerk. I got 185 power clean on the 3rd try, but
just didnt have enough for the jerk. Happy with 5# pr on the clean and I've gotten this weight on the jerk before!
B. Back Squat @ 20X1, 1 RM
195. Tried 205 but just wasn't feeling it and didnt attempt to
stand it up, hip flexors were super tender. Just recently 205 felt easy, but today wasn't a good day.
C. Power Snatch - 3 touch n go reps per minute for 10 minutes -
start @ 105lb, goal is 115 or more by the end
105 for 3 sets, 110 for 4 sets, 115 for 2 sets, 120 for final
minute. This felt pretty good. Started dropping lower instead of having wide
feet :) This is certainly the most I've ever snatched for 3 touch n go reps.
Likely I could have gotten 125, but didnt expect 120 to be as successful as it
was.
D. 10 rounds for time:
2 unbroken Muscle-ups
6 unbroken HSPU
7:30. No misses but this really fatigued my arms. Pulling
strength felt fine, but pushing out of dip on MU and HSPU got shaky. But this was fun.
