Wednesday 11.28.12


Wednesday - IGT
5 sets:
AMRAP Muscle-ups
4 unbroken each set, struggled to lock out 4th rep on last few sets
Airdyne 1 minute @ 90%
Started with 70 rpm, then this got really hard for some reason. Last set was at 65rpm
2 min rest

I felt like I wanted to vomit after the Airdyne. Just didn't feel great and not sure why, so rested about 15min and then did 2nd part. 

5 sets:
AMRAP Strict HSPU
8, 10, 7, 8, 6
15 C2B Chin-ups
first set I did 3-3-3-5 maybe cuz I was still feeling pukey, but then the rest of the sets were unbroken
Row 1 minute @ 90%:
paces: 2:05, 2:05ish, 2:10, 2:10, 2:08. I wanted to hold the same 90% pace as last week, but by this time I just went with 90% of how I felt for the day.
