Started with 70 rpm, then this got really hard for some reason. Last
set was at 65rpm

I felt like I wanted to vomit after the Airdyne. Just didn't feel
great and not sure why, so rested about 15min and then did 2nd part.

first set I did 3-3-3-5 maybe cuz I was still feeling pukey, but then the rest of the sets were unbroken

paces: 2:05, 2:05ish, 2:10, 2:10, 2:08. I wanted to hold the same
90% pace as last week, but by this time I just went with 90% of how I felt for
the day.
