Power Clean and Split Jerk Cluster, 1.1 x 5 sets, 4-5 min
155 for first set, then 160 for the rest. Cleans actually felt
pretty good, but 2nd jerk kept pressing out
B. Back
Squat @ 20X1, 3-3-3, 4 min - last set tough
155, 170, 175. Both 170 and 175 were tough. Reps 1 and 2 felt
strong, but then 3rd rep leaned forward and curvy back on the way up
C. 10
rounds for time:
1 Power
Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS (3 reps must be done unbroken) @ 105lbs
