A. Squat Snatch, 1 RM
135. Jumped to 145 since I've gotten 140 twice before. But I failed
3 times at 145. Not really close even.
B. Squat Clean and Overhead, 1 rep every 30 sec for 12 minutes -
start @ 135lb, goal is 155lb by the end
135 for 3min, 140 for all the rest except the last 3 reps, I did
145. This was very hard. Hips are feeling jammed and tight and hurt at the
bottom of the squat.
C1. Press @ 20X0, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 2 mi
80x3, 85x3, 90x3, 95x2, 95x1
C2. Wtd Pronated Chin-up @ 30X3, 1-1-1-1-1, 2 min
25, 27.5, 30, 32.5, 32.5
