Wednesday 12.19.12


Wednesday - IGT
Complete 1 round every 3 minutes for 30 minutes:
3 Muscle-ups
7 Kipping HSPU
Row 200m
This was fun! Each set took about 1:30, so rests were 1:30. Everything unbroken except missed 3rd MU of 9th set. But then made a single right after the miss. Wasn't a strength issue, I flew right through, the rings were sliding out gradually each set and were beyond shoulder width apart by the end. Rows started at 2:08 for the first 30 or so seconds then increased to 2:04ish.
