Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 x 4 sets, 4-5 min
115, 120 (fail.make.fail), 120, 120 (make.fail.make), 120. I wanted
to get 125 on this, but 120 was tricky and kept missing in front of me and
jumping forward and not being patient and trying not to get frustrated.
B.
Squat Clean and Jerk Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 4-5 min - start @ 125lb
125, 130, 135. I did push jerks since I haven't done them as much as
split jerks lately.
C1. Press
@ 11X1, 3-5 reps x 4 sets, 2 min
75 x5, 80 x5, 85 x5, 90 x3
C2. Wtd
Pronated Chin-up @ 30X3, 2 reps x 4 sets, 2 min
15# on first set, then 17.5# for the rest of sets
