I somehow read this as Hang Squat Snatch, so I did that. 130
B. Squat Clean, build to a 1RM
155 grrr. Really really close to 165 (3-4 failed attempts).
C. For time:
15 KB Push Press @ 24kg/arm (both arms at a time, not single arm)
5 Bar Muscle-ups
12 Strict HSPU to 2" Depth
5 Bar Muscle-ups
9 KB Push Press @ 24kg/arm
5 Bar Muscle-ups
6 Strict HSPU to 2" Depth
5 Bar Muscle-ups
3 KB Push Press @ 24kg/arm
11:07. The 24kg had to be scaled to 16kg (couldn't clean or press 24kg in both hands simultaneously). Strict HSPU are not nearly as fun as kipping.
