A. Snatch, 1RM
Built to 140 with no misses, 140 felt perfect. Then
couldn't quite get 145, missed 4 times. The 3rd and 4th misses were sooo close.
Last attempt, I missed it behind me, which I've never done. So I think this is
good, since I normally miss forward. Next time 145+ !!
B. Clean and Jerk, 1RM
180. Got this on the first try too. Missed the
clean at 185.
C. 30 Muscle-ups for time
6:20. All singles
