A. Squat Snatch. Snatch Balance, 1.1 x 10 sets, 1:30 min - 75% RM per set
Complete @105. These felt good, only 1 set felt weird, the rest felt near perfect.
B. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1 x 10 sets, 1:30 min - 5 sets @ 125lb, 5 sets @ 135lb - use jerk blocksComplete.
C. 5 sets @ 85-90%:This did not feel to hard for me. OHS/DU's felt relatively easy. Prowler push was a little tough, but overall this wasn't so bad. And I feel good today.
