285. This was the best form this weight has ever been.

6 heavy overhead barbell walking lunges per min x 10 mins
125#. I did 4mins at 115#, then added weight because it wasn't hard, then did 10mins with 125#

AMRAP in 10 mins:
Bar Muscle-ups - 1,2,3,4,5,6,etc.
Strict HSPU - 1,2,3,4,5,6,etc.

I did the HSPU first accidentally. I got the 9 HSPU, then 3/9 bar muscle ups.
