A. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, 1 rep per min x 5 mins - start @ 135lb, add 5 lb per min
Got 135, 140, 145 fine. Failed on 150 but got it within the minute. Then failed at 155, waited til the next minute, and got it. 
B. Front Squat, 2-2-2, 4 min - all tough sets

C. Above Knee Hang Power Clean. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 2.1.1 x 6 sets, 2 min - 3 sets @ 145lb, 3 sets @ 155lb, bar taken from the floor

D. AirDyne, 20 sec ALL OUT per 2:30 min x 6 sets
