5 rounds + 6 thrusters. Thrusters I did 10 unbroken, 5/5, then 4/3/3 for the rest.

10 Alternating DB Power Snatch - 50lb
75 DU's
6 rounds + 28 DU's. My back was tender from Saturday and was getting tight on the thrusters. So I thought it would just be worse on the DB snatches. BUT, the snatches felt the easiest they ever have and my back felt fine!!

Rating = 7
EMOM x 28 mins:
1st - 3 Strict HSPU + 3 Kipping - same deficit
2nd - 5 touch n go Power Snatch @ 105lb
3rd - 2 Rope Climb to 15ft
4th - 5 touch n go Power Clean @ 135lb 
Complete. HSPUs were about 3" deficit, just barely got the strict ones unbroken- then the kipping ones were fine.
