Saturday 4.26.14

75 Wall Balls - 20# to 10 ft

25 Snatch - 115lb - power or squat as needed
38:17. I thought sub 30 was totally do-able. The row took me about 8:15. I tore on the C2B at around 80 reps, but moved okay. During the wall balls, I just hated life and I don't even know how long they took, but I did sets of 5 and I'm sure I ate up the clock here. The HSPU were hard after the heavy wall balls, I did 5's. Then my low back was smashed for the snatches, those took me 8:00. My breathing was fine on this, it was just all muscular endurance..especially upper body.

3:28, 3:22, 3:14, 3:15, 3:10, 3:09. The run took me about 1:20-1:30 each time. I got faster on the Airdyne and bear crawl per set. I'm able to start pushing harder and harder on the Airdyne without my legs completely blowing up, which is nice. I felt good after doing this workout.
