Friday 4.25.14

A. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, work to a single
190. I missed 200# four times. I think this weight is mental for me because it is such a big goal. 190 felt relatively easy. 
B. Back Squat @ 20X1, 3-3-3, 4 min - all tough sets
205-210-210. Finally, these do not kill my hip
C. Halting Snatch Deadlift. Snatch High Pull. Above Knee Hang Power Snatch, 1.1.1 x 6 sets, 2 min - 3 sets @ 95lb, 3 sets @ 105lb, reset b/t reps from the floor
