7:50. This was worse that the Regional workout because I went hard in the 15’s. I did the FSQ unbroken, because I wanted to see if I could. It felt awful and I rested at the top in the front rack on some and my shoulders were on fire, so I am not sure if this is a good plan. For the HSPU, I did 8 to start then 3-4’s and this was a good plan.
