set, then exactly a minute after the 2nd set.

4:13. I did 24/10/10/10/7/3 on the pull-ups, then 4/4
on the OHS. I went too slow on the pull-ups because I was worried the OHS would
feel so heavy, since they felt heavy warming up. But they didn’t feel too much
more heavy, so I will go faster on Sunday.
