16:15. My row took 3:16, and I think this is a perfect pace. Everything else took 3:00, except the dips took 4:00. I did deadlifts in quick-ish 5’s and wall balls 15/15/10/10. I am just going to have to suck it up and go hard on this event at Regionals.
