1:39, 1:46, 1:45. The GH Raises I did without swinging or going all
the way down. For the walking lunges, I used 45's then 50's for the last two
sets. The lunges were really tough because of my grip, but not as much on my
legs.

Complete. For the rope climbs, I did not use my legs on lowering except
the last one. Then muscle ups I did 5 unbroken for the first 4 sets, then 4/1
on the last set. Push press were unbroken.
